Our approach has helped us grow 60% in 2021, 94% in 2022, while in 2023 we joined forces with Insight, a Fortune 500 company and a leading solutions and systems integrator. With exciting growth plans and cutting-edge projects, there has never been a better time to join our incredible team.

The EMEA Solutions Delivery function delivers professional and managed services to Insight’s clients across a broad range of technology and software offerings, delivers a scaled and consistent client experience, and employs methodologies through the following Practices.

• The Applications Practice creates a better way to build, maintain and improve software & applications.

• The Data Practice transforms clients’ businesses into data-driven enterprises, assisting in leveraging AI capabilities.

• The Cloud Platform Practice designs, builds and maintains secure, agile platforms for multi & hybrid cloud workloads.

• The Product Solutions Practice helps our clients to acquire, manage and maximise the value of the investments they make in technology.

Complementing each of the Practices is the Digital Engagement team, located in every region, enabling client intimacy, leading consistent, quality client experience across Insight Practices, the CTO Office, which is charged with creating a client centric solution portfolio, methodology & thought leadership, and the Business Operations team which drives workforce operational excellence, profitability, and business improvements across all areas within the EMEA Solutions Delivery function.

The Senior Resource Manager understands, captures, and assesses the capabilities and availability of the delivery teams, and also effectively responds to and allocates resources in order to meet client requirements, maximising the engagement and usage of the service delivery teams.
