The Role
You will help plan, deliver, and support HCM technology solutions across APAC. You will partner with People & Culture, Finance, Technology, and vendors to improve how we work at scale. Reporting to the HCM Technology Senior Manager, you will design and implement requirements in Workday. You will configure and support Core HCM, Absence, Performance, Compensation, and Advanced Compensation. You will apply continuous improvement to processes and service delivery. You will troubleshoot issues, manage defects, and keep stakeholders informed with clarity.

The People Technology and Insights team is responsible for implementation, maintenance, reporting and the management of systems and applications across People and Culture at Seek.
Job Description- Configure Workday modules to meet APAC business requirements
- Facilitate workshops to gather needs and translate them into solutions
- Deliver enhancements using prioritisation and continuous improvement
- Triage defects, manage escalations, and provide day-to-day support
- Evaluate Workday releases and implement process and configuration changes
- Lead process and policy training, testing, and knowledge sharing
- Identify automation opportunities using workflows, standardisation, and AI
- 5+ years configuring Workday to meet business requirements
- Hands-on configuration in Core HCM, Absence, Performance, Compensation
- Experience partnering with cross-functional teams and third-party vendors
- Strong requirements gathering and solution design capability
- Understanding of end-to-end employee lifecycle processes
- Exposure to Agile delivery and tools (JIRA, Confluence, Trello, Miro, Slack)
