Lead the design and delivery of global Workday integration solutions, in close collaboration with your Workday integration colleagues, the HR Solutions team, and the business as the requestors (80%)
Tasks and Qualifications:Accountabilities:
Work closely and collaborate with integration colleagues to understand needs of relevant internal and external stakeholders and translate them into technical requirements
Support in the design and delivery of solutions, in close collaboration with your Workday integration colleagues, the HR Solutions team, and other system architects
Take responsibility for designated integrations as development opportunities
Support that solutions are scalable, maintainable, and meet performance requirements
Support stability of technical system landscape, developments are meeting requirements, and testing is done in alignment with Global IT standards and governance
Create and maintain technical documentation, including solution design documents, functional specifications, test plans, and cutover activities
Resolve incidents, run, maintain and monitor designated live solutions, and complete upgrades as appropriate (15%)
Performing other tasks assigned by the supervisor within the scope of his/her authority (5%)
Required core competencies and skill sets:
Strong problem solving and analytical skills
Excellent communication and intercultural skills that allow smooth collaboration with the business, incl. coordination around configuration changes, following up on to dos, timelines etc.
Business Analyst mindset to understand the internal customer’s requirements and find the best solution for them
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Ability to balance working on several integration projects and incident fixes at the same time
Professional working proficiency in English is a must-have; further languages skills are beneficial
Experience in working in an international environment
Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or a related field, or with several years of professional experience
Approx. 5 years experience in Workday ecosystem as a Workday integration expert, ideally with a background in consulting
Qualifications/Specialization:
