Join Our Team as a Senior Workday Integrations Developer!
As a Senior Workday Integrations Developer, you'll serve as a domain expert on high-impact, strategic projects that span the full lifecycle of Workday integrations—from early strategy and selection through implementation and long-term sustainment. You'll have the opportunity to reshape processes, define strategies, and collaborate across teams to deliver impactful solutions that enhance employee experiences and support Ferguson's continued growth.
**This is a remote role, approved within the United States, with candidates expected to work Eastern Time hours.**
Duties and Responsibilities:

Works with clients to understand strategic objectives related to HR technology including employee experience, business processes, data strategy, and service delivery.

Lead process re-design efforts by guiding clients to define outcomes and work backward to define the process and user touchpoints.

Create strategies to drive adoption of Workday and related technology initiatives.
-
Assess readiness for adoption and establish plans for governance during and post-launch.
-
Collaborate across Ferguson to deliver a comprehensive and coordinated solution.

Act as a client advocate and trusted adviser.
Qualifications and Requirements:
-
Strong expertise in HR and Talent Management functions.
-
3–5 years of Workday functional implementation experience, including: EIBs, Document Transformations, and Studio. Connectors, RAAS, SOAP API, and Workday file delivery/SFTP. PECI integrations experience and sFTP setup with Workday encryption tools.

Extensive knowledge of Workday business processes for integrations and general functions.

Excellent proficiency in XML and XSLT.

Experience in all phases of development, from design to production support.

Ability to work independently and handle production support within a small team.

Flexibility to occasionally log in after hours or on weekends as necessary.

Proven ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and deliver timely results.

Strong project and/or program management experience.

Proven ability to influence a wide range of audiences, including technical and business clients, HR functions, and employees at all levels.

Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Preferred Skills:

BIRT skills.

Experience with Workday Extend.

Estimated Ranges displayed are Monthly for Salaried roles OR Hourly for all other roles.
