We are looking for a Senior Workday Analyst to join our team. The goal of a Senior Workday Analyst at Wisk is to ensure our HR technology solutions continually enhance operational efficacy. You will be part of the HRIS team that plays a vital role in the implementation of a new HCM solution supporting talent lifecycle transformation.
This is a hybrid work opportunity. At Wisk, this means working onsite at our Mountain View office 3 days per week with flexibility for the remainder of the days.
What you will do:
- Support the implementation of Workday platform including Core HCM, Recruiting, Benefits, Compensation, Talent & Performance, Payroll and Time Tracking.
- Collaborate with the HRIS Manager to contribute to large cross-functional initiatives and implement system solutions that enable us to build outstanding experience and support company growth.
- Develop dashboards and reports with actionable insights to support the People and Payroll teams.
- Manage the end-to-end process for Workday releases and updates from researching, requirements, documentation, testing, communication, training, and adoption of new system features.
- Serve as the Workday subject matter expertise to broaden internal knowledge for the People Team and other support teams.
- Lead and close people system tickets that cannot be solved at the tier 1 level. Support mass data conversions, transformations, and Workday EIBs.
Requirements:
- 8+ years of Workday experience and configuration in Core HCM and at least 3 of the following modules: Benefits, Advanced Compensation, Talent and Performance, Absence, Time Tracking, Payroll, Recruiting, Advanced Reporting, Extend, and Integrations.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Computer Science, Business Administration or related field, or equivalent experience is preferred.
- Workday implementation experience and relevant certifications are a plus.
- Strong understanding of HR processes and best practices.
- Working knowledge of Google Suite, JIRA
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented, results-driven, and agile work environment.
