Senior Weighmaster

• Lead daily scale house operations to ensure safe, efficient, and accurate customer transactions and product delivery.
• Coordinate sales yard activities to support exceptional customer service and smooth material loading operations.
• Verify tickets, invoices, orders, and inventory transactions while maintaining accurate records and documentation.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements related to weighing and product sales.
• Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency, transaction accuracy, and the overall customer experience.

• Demonstrated ability to lead scale house or sales yard operations in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong customer service and communication skills with the ability to build positive relationships with customers and team members.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy when managing transactions, documentation, and inventory records.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with the ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities effectively.
• Proficiency with computerized scale systems, point-of-sale platforms, and business software applications.

• Primarily works in a scale house and sales yard environment supporting aggregates sales and customer loadout activities.
• Regular interaction with customers, truck drivers, contractors, and site personnel.
• May be required to work flexible schedules, including weekends, holidays, or extended hours based on business needs.
• Exposure to outdoor weather conditions, moving mobile equipment, dust, and noise while adhering to established safety practices.

• Competitive base salary, $20.49 to $25.27 per hour.
