The Role
Are you passionate about web content and optimizing user experiences? We are seeking a detail-oriented CMS Contest Specialist to manage and maintain our Fidelity Charitable web presence using a content management system (CMS). In this role, you'll build new pages, update existing content, and organize content effectively. You'll also ensure seamless website functionality and collaborate with a team focused on understanding user interactions and enhancing engagement. You'll handle multiple projects, paying close attention to detail and prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines. As a key contributor to our MarTech team within Marketing, you'll enhance our online presence by publishing high-quality content that drives user engagement across all devices.
The Expertise and Skills You Bring
- Detail-Oriented: You have a keen eye for quality, ensuring all published content meets our high standards.
- Initiative: Ability to independently take projects from inception to completion.
- Multitasking Skills: Proven experience balancing multiple projects while maintaining attention to detail.
- Prioritization: Excellent ability to prioritize tasks effectively to meet tight deadlines.
- Content Publishing and Web Strategy Strong background in content publishing with proficiency in content management systems, such as Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).
- Analytical Tools Expertise: Experience with user experience measurement tools like Adobe Analytics or GA4 and usability tools like ContentSquare or Microsoft Clarity.
- Project Management: Familiarity with project management tools such as Workfront or Aprimo.
- Personalization Tools: Knowledge of Adobe Target to personalize content and enhance user engagement is a plus.
- Collaborative Approach: Excellent communication skills to work effectively with internal teams on web development, design, and content strategies.
- Industry Awareness: A commitment to continuously staying updated on industry trends to improve website user engagement.
- HTML Knowledge: Helpful to have knowledge in HTML and CSS but not necessary.
- Education: A bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems, Business, UXD, Technology, or Digital Media is preferred.
