We’re looking for a Senior Web Scraping Developer who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys solving complex, often messy problems. You’ll join our talented engineering team of 7 (Team Lead, 2 developers, 1 QA, 2 DevOps, Head of Engineering).

As we continue to grow, web data extraction remains a core part of our product offering. In this role, your primary focus will be on researching and designing scalable solutions for scraping the most challenging websites. Once an effective approach is identified, you'll develop and optimize robust scrapers, integrate them into our systems, and ensure data collection remains efficient, adaptable, and resilient against evolving detection mechanisms.

💡 How Can You Help Us?
As a Senior Web Scraping Developer, you will:
- Design and build scalable scraping solutions for high-traffic environments
- Build web automation solutions for collecting publicly available data, including fingerprinting, CAPTCHAs, and rate limiting.
- Optimize and integrate scraping solutions with our backend systems.
- Work with proxy management to improve scraping success rates.
- Enhance the performance and resilience of data extraction pipelines.
- Collaborate daily with the team through stand-ups, ad-hoc problem-solving sessions, and asynchronous communication to design and deliver scalable, reliable scraping solutions.
🎯 What We’re Looking For
- 3+ years of strong JavaScript experience in browser environments, including skills in building extensions, intercepting events, and advanced DOM manipulation.
- 3+ years of experience with Python for scraping.
- 2+ years of experience with mobile application reverse engineering.
- Experience in web scraping, including working with Puppeteer, Playwright, or similar tools.
- Understanding of detection mechanisms such as fingerprinting and rate limiting.
- Experience with proxy rotation and session management to improve scraping success rates.
- Experience with Node.js in backend development is a plus
- Problem-solving mindset and ability to think outside the box.
- English - communicative level (B2) is a must.
- You are located in the Central European Time (CET) zone or nearby.
