What Makes You a Great Fit

Pebl is seeking a Senior Web Designer to own the visual storytelling of helloPebl.com and bring our brand to life online. You'll translate a bold brand system into high-impact web experiences—from conversion-focused landing pages to localized, country-specific pages that feel culturally relevant and on-brand.

You'll collaborate closely with our brand team and developers to ensure every detail of your designs are accurately translated into the final web experience, maintaining both quality and brand integrity. This is a hands-on, fast-moving role in a startup environment where iteration is constant, cross-functional collaboration is the norm, and experimentation is encouraged.


How You'll Make An Impact:

  • Lead web design for helloPebl.com, landing pages, and international site variations that drive measurable lead generation.
  • Partner with Brand Design leadership to translate the fundamentals of our Brand Visual Identity into cohesive web and digital experiences.
  • Partner with developers to provide clear specs, assets, and creative direction with QA builds to guarantee design integrity and user experience excellence.
  • Translate complex B2B tech concepts into visually engaging, conversion-driven storytelling.
  • Contribute to and evolve our design system, ensuring scalability and consistency across touchpoints.
  • Leverage analytics, user feedback, and AI tools to refine designs and continuously improve performance.
  • Collaborate across marketing and product design, in a flat, iterative environment.

Let's Connect If You:

  • 5–7+ years of professional visual design experience for web, with strong knowledge of UX/UI principles—ideally in B2B tech and/or lead-gen environments.
  • Proven track record of visual storytelling and innovative, high-impact design work.
  • Curate and create branded imagery that brings web storytelling to life, through thoughtful photo selection, infographics, and conceptual product visuals.
  • Familiarity with Drupal or similar CMS frameworks.
  • Deep experience creating, maintaining, and scaling design systems to ensure consistency, efficiency, and brand integrity across digital touchpoints.
  • Comfortable in startup cultures—flexible, iterative, and highly collaborative.
  • AI-first mindset: you actively explore and adopt AI tools to speed workflows and inspire new creative approaches.
  • Expert in Figma and modern prototyping tools, with strong knowledge of HTML/CSS for developer handoffs.
  • Develop and maintain a scalable Figma design system library, ensuring consistency, usability, and alignment with evolving brand and website needs.
  • Design and apply motion principles that define the body language and movement of our website, enhancing storytelling and user engagement.
  • Strong understanding of conversion-oriented design and user behavior to optimize lead generation.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to advocate for design decisions with cross-functional partners.
