We’re currently seeking a highly motivated and proactive Junior Brand Designer to join our dynamic design team. The ideal candidate should have impeccable attention to detail and a strong design sense. They will collaborate closely with Design Leads, Marketing Designers, Creative Project Managers, Copywriters, and Marketing partners to create visually appealing designs that align with our company's brand identity and objectives. We are looking for a designer who is passionate about their craft and eager to learn and develop their skills. This position reports directly to the Senior Designer.

This role requires on-site presence at our office 4 days a week to support effective collaboration and teamwork.

What you will do

• Assist in producing various design materials, such as brand guidelines, video designs, social media, website elements, and other marketing collateral.

• Collaborate with the design team to make necessary adjustments and revisions to existing designs based on feedback and requirements.

• Ensure coherence of the brand across all design projects by adhering to established brand guidelines and standards.

• Apply design principles, typography, and color theory to create visually captivating and aesthetically pleasing designs.

• Perform basic image editing tasks, such as mockups, cropping, resizing, retouching, and color adjustments, to enhance the visual appeal of designs.

• Work closely with the design team and Marketing partners to comprehend project objectives, gather requirements, and deliver high-quality designs within specified timelines.

• Organize and maintain design files, ensuring proper version control and accessibility for the team.

• Stay up to date with industry trends, design techniques, and emerging technologies to bring innovative ideas and fresh perspectives to the team.

• Collaborate with the marketing team and other teams to generate imaginative communication ideas that meet project objectives.

• Keep abreast of the latest industry standards and trends for programs, hardware, and design to develop visually engaging graphic assets in creative and innovative ways.

Desired Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in a similar role. 

• Experience partnering with cross-functional teams. 

• Experience creating detailed specifications for production
  (print, web, signage, spaces, etc.)

• Ability to self-guide with minimal direction. 

• Good communication skills and ability to embrace feedback and pivot accordingly. 

• Proficiency in Figma, Adobe CS, Google Suite.
