Team Description
We're a Digital Acquisition team that drives SumUp Brazil’s entire online marketing strategy. From paid media to social campaigns to website optimization and content initiatives, our focus is to connect with entrepreneurs at every stage of their digital journey.

What you’ll do
- Analyze the end-to-end conversion funnel and synthesize market research into actionable insights.
- Prioritize and scope initiatives using data from GA4 and onsite behavior tools.
- Design user-centered flows and interfaces that improve acquisition performance.
- Propose, build, and run A/B tests with clear success metrics and reporting.
- Collaborate daily with Growth, Content, and Product to ship impactful website changes
You’ll be great for this role if
- You have proven experience designing user-centered flows and interfaces for web acquisition, with measurable impact.
- You have a strong analytical profile and are proficient in Google Analytics 4 (GA4), using data to guide decisions.
- You can formulate hypotheses and translate insights into concrete actions and experiments.
- You communicate clearly, influence stakeholders, and align cross-functional teams.
- You are comfortable working with CMS, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and GA4 in your daily workflow.
Nice to have
- You have advanced techniques in UX Writing and UX Research that strengthen clarity, conversion, and user trust.
