We’re looking for a Senior Web Analytics Consultant to join our team in Oslo. If you’re a problem-solver who thrives on turning data into insights, enjoys technical challenges, and wants to push the boundaries of digital measurement, we’d love to hear from you!
 
About The Role 
As a Senior Web Analytics Consultant, you’ll play a central role in designing, implementing, and optimizing advanced analytics solutions across a wide range of clients and technologies. You’ll advise stakeholders, collaborate with developers and marketers, and ensure that the data foundations are solid for reporting, attribution, and optimization. This is a hands-on role where both strategic thinking and technical execution matter.
 
Key Responsibilities 

  • Implementation & Tracking Design: Lead the setup of analytics frameworks across multiple technologies and platforms.
  • Data Quality & Governance: Monitor and validate data accuracy, troubleshoot issues, and establish best practices for data governance.
  • Consulting & Advisory: Actings as a trusted advisor to clients, helping them translate business needs into measurable outcomes and analytics solutions is highly important.
  • Insights & Reporting: Develop dashboards, reports, and actionable insights that support decision-making at all levels.
  • Collaboration & Mentorship: Work closely with cross-functional teams (media, CRO, UX, development) and support the growth of colleagues through coaching and knowledge sharing.
  • Innovation & Growth: Stay on top of industry trends in measurement, privacy, and tracking technologies, and bring forward new ideas to enhance our offerings.
     

About you 

  • Analytics Expertise: Solid hands-on experience with GA4, GTM, and server-side tracking. Knowledge of other enterprise analytics tools as well as the rest of the GMP-suite is a plus.
  • Technical Skills: Strong understanding of server-side solutions and cloud-solutions. Familiarity with JavaScript, SQL, and BigQuery is a plus.
  • Problem-Solving Mindset: The ability to break down complex tracking challenges into clear solutions.
  • Consulting Experience: Comfortable advising senior stakeholders and translating technical topics into business language.
  • Collaboration & Communication: Team-oriented with excellent communication skills and the ability to lead client workshops.
  • Language Skills: Fluent in Norwegian and English (both written and spoken).
