As a Senior Visual Merchandising Executive, you are responsible for creating an inviting and visually stimulating shopping experience for customers, ultimately driving sales and increasing revenue and traffics for the business. The role focuses on delivering a strong visual merchandiser plan through the development and collaboration with Operation, Merchandise Planner and Marketing.

 

Responsibilities

  • Uphold and maintain Visual Merchandising standards across all Pedro Singapore stores and self-run stores.
  • Support seasonal buying by assisting in the buying process through display guidelines and showroom setups, ensuring visual presentations reflect the collection’s intent, product direction, and brand narrative each season.
  • Coordinate VM initiatives, including campaign launches and new store openings, ensuring alignment with brand identity and commercial objectives.
  • Spend substantial time in stores to develop a strong understanding of commercial needs and design constraints, adapting VM execution to each store’s unique environment based on brand navigation and merchandising principles.
  • Act as the main liaison for retail staff, ensuring effective communication of key VM information critical to execution success.
  • Provide training and feedback to retail teams to ensure consistent application of VM standards and principles across all locations.
  • Interpret and localize global VM guidelines in collaboration with the Visual Merchandising and Marketing teams to suit each store’s signature space.
  • Analyze store performance reports and customer profiles to identify opportunities, develop strategic display plans, and propose effective merchandising solutions.
  • Manage VM budgets and plan allocation of resources across the market based on seasonal activities and brand priorities.

 

Requirements

  • Diploma in Visual Merchandising, Fashion Styling or related field
  • Preferably with 1-2 years of relevant experience in performing visual display in retail industry (Fresh graduates are welcome to apply)
  • Experience in planning, , project management and producing advertising and creative materials
  • Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a strong creative flair and effective problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to multi-task and work with tight timeline
  • Motivated, positive attitude and with an eye for detail
  • Keen sense of fashion and a passion for the fashion industry
  • Computer Literate in Excel, Word, Power point, Illustrator and Photoshop (Bonus points with added knowledge of 3D software)
