About the RoleAspora is redefining how immigrants manage, move, and grow their money globally — and brand is at the heart of how we tell that story. As our Senior Visual Designer, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping a brand that connects across borders and resonates with millions.

You’ll blend strategic thinking with hands-on design execution, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to bring cohesive, high-impact creative to market.
What You’ll OwnPartner with a leading London brand studio to shape, refine, and roll out Aspora’s new brand identity.
Bring the brand to life across all touchpoints: out-of-home, social media, CRM, in-app placements, brand campaigns, and more.
Design bold, consistent, and high-performing marketing assets tailored for global audiences.
Collaborate closely with Product, Growth, and Content to maintain visual coherence and strengthen storytelling across channels.
Champion creative excellence — ensuring quality, clarity, and attention to detail while balancing speed and scalability.
Contribute to the evolution of our design systems to ensure visual consistency across product and marketing.
5+ years of experience in brand, marketing, or digital design.
A portfolio demonstrating strong visual craft, creative range, and storytelling capability.
Experience working with or developing brands, ideally in collaboration with agencies or creative studios.
Strong command of typography, layout, composition, and motion principles.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Curious, proactive, and full of ideas — with a passion for building brands that people genuinely feel connected to.
