- Lead the creation of compelling, on-brand visual design work across motion, web, digital campaigns, content, and advertising
- Partner closely with channel leads, copywriters, other designers, and product marketers to define and execute creative approaches
- Deliver high-quality visual assets, focusing on both communication clarity and visual impact, contributing to the evolution of the brand
- Evolve and enforce our visual identity through style guides, toolkits, and scalable systems that ensure consistency across every touchpoint
- Independently manage timelines and deliverables, balancing multiple complex projects simultaneously
- Mentor junior designers with a collaborative, growth-minded approach, helping to raise the creative bar across the team
- 4–6 years of visual design experience, with experience working in a B2B SaaS or fast-paced marketing environment
- A portfolio showcasing exceptional design work across a variety of formats and touchpoints, including motion, showcasing imaginative thinking and pixel-perfect execution
- Fluency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, PowerPoint, and other standard design tools
- Deep understanding of typography, layout, color theory, and visual hierarchy
- Strong ability to evolve and extend visual systems within a growing brand
- Track record of proposing and implementing new design approaches or techniques
- Excellent communicator and collaborator with a high level of autonomy
