Join our rapidly growing AI startup as a Senior Visual & Brand Designer and own the entire brand experience — from the first touchpoint a customer ever sees to every surface they encounter afterward. This role is for an exceptional designer who can pair brand storytelling and strategic visual thinking with hands-on, ship-it-yourself execution. You'll work directly with founders to define brand strategy and produce high-quality work independently across web, marketing, and content.

  • Design Velocity — Shipping high-quality brand and visual work independently, without external agencies or dependencies

  • Brand Consistency — Establishing and maintaining a cohesive identity across every customer touchpoint, from website to sales collateral to events

  • Q1 Objectives: Evolve and codify the brand identity, and ship a refreshed marketing website and core sales collateral

  • Year 1 Objectives: Establish a scalable brand system and processes that enable faster, consistent output, and measurably elevate brand positioning across all surfaces

ResponsibilitiesBrand & Visual Identity
  • Visual Identity Ownership — Evolve and maintain brand guidelines, ensuring consistent application across all touchpoints

  • Brand System — Build and maintain a scalable brand system (logo usage, type, color, iconography, motion) that keeps output consistent as the company grows

  • Range & Craft — Translate the brand into everything from a hero illustration to a one-pager, maintaining an exceptionally high bar across formats

Marketing & Web Design
  • Website Development — Design and build marketing websites, landing pages, and campaign sites using Framer/Webflow with zero external dependencies

  • Sales Enablement — Create compelling pitch decks, case studies, demo environments, and sales collateral that support $60K+ ACV deals

  • Campaign Surfaces — Design launch moments and campaigns that turn the brand into concrete, shippable marketing assets

Content & Communication Design
  • Content Creation — Produce video content, social media assets, blog graphics, and event materials using Adobe Creative Suite

  • Event Design — Design booth, banner, and event collateral that present the brand consistently in-person

  • Cross-Channel Consistency — Ensure messaging and visuals stay coherent across web, social, email, and sales surfaces

RequirementsProfessional Experience
  • 4–6 years of design experience with demonstrated expertise across brand, web, and visual design

  • Proven track record building brand and marketing design for B2B SaaS or AI/ML products

  • Portfolio demonstrating end-to-end ownership of brand and visual projects from strategy to execution

Technical Proficiency
  • Web Development Tools — Expert-level proficiency in Framer, Webflow, or similar no-code platforms. Ability to design, build, ship, and maintain on your own with 0 external support

  • Design Software — Advanced skills in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro)

  • Motion & Production — Experience producing motion and video content; basic understanding of HTML/CSS
