  • Build and manage larger production teams in partnership with external vendors for scaled productions

  • Champion studio services across the organization, building relationships with internal clients and expanding the studio's reach

  • Document productions through behind-the-scenes photography and maintain high standards of on-set and studio safety and etiquette

WE WOULD LOVE TO HEAR FROM YOU IF YOU HAVE:

  • 5+ years of versatile video production experience with hands-on expertise in cameras, lighting, and directing in both studio and on-set environments

  • Strong understanding of video production set and studio etiquette with the ability to remain flexible across a variety of departments and project types

  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to manage cross-functional collaboration throughout the full production process

  • A passion for documentary storytelling, capturing authentic human stories, and making subjects look their best on camera

  • Willingness to travel approximately 30% of the time and adapt to varying production needs

  • Familiarity with tools such as VMix, Sony and Canon cameras, Aperture and Arri lighting, and Zoom; knowledge of designing and building video studios is a plus
