About the RoleWe're looking for an exceptional Senior Video Content Producer & Podcast Editor to join a premium U.S. luxury lifestyle brand and play a key role in shaping its content strategy and visual storytelling.
This is a highly hands-on creative role. You'll serve as the primary editor for two popular podcasts, transforming long-form conversations into compelling short-form content while helping build the programming and creative direction of an exclusive in-location broadcast network viewed by thousands of members across the United States.
The ideal candidate is an outstanding storyteller with exceptional editing skills, a deep understanding of U.S. culture and digital media, excellent creative judgment, and refined taste for premium and luxury brands. You'll work closely with leadership to identify engaging stories, source relevant content, leverage AI-powered creative workflows, and deliver polished, high-end productions that elevate the brand across multiple platforms.

- Produce and curate content across multiple formats, including:

- Maintain consistency in storytelling, visual identity, and production quality.
- Collaborate with videographers, social media managers, and internal teams to establish content priorities.
- Provide creative direction on storytelling, pacing, graphics, transitions, and overall production quality.
- Ensure every piece of content reflects a premium, luxury brand aesthetic.
- Use AI-powered tools to improve editing speed, creativity, and production efficiency.
- Work with Claude Cowork as part of your daily creative workflow.
- Utilize tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, Descript, Runway, Wisecut, or similar professional editing platforms.
- Source engaging, relevant, and culturally appropriate content for U.S. audiences.
- Stay up to date on U.S. entertainment, internet culture, podcasts, creators, and digital media trends.
- Identify opportunities to create highly engaging and shareable content.
- Monitor content performance and audience engagement.
- Continuously refine creative strategies based on analytics and viewer behavior.
- Recommend new formats, creative ideas, and production improvements.
- 5+ years of professional experience in video production, digital media, television, podcast production, or similar creative environments.
- Exceptional professional video editing skills with a strong portfolio.
- Extensive experience editing podcasts and long-form conversational content.
- Experience producing premium-quality content for YouTube, streaming platforms, digital media, or television.
- Working knowledge of Claude Cowork.
- Advanced proficiency with Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro, or equivalent professional editing software.
- Experience using AI-powered creative and editing tools.
- Deep understanding of U.S. culture, entertainment, humor, digital trends, and online audiences.
- Strong sense of style with experience producing content for luxury, lifestyle, hospitality, or premium consumer brands.
- Outstanding storytelling skills and editorial judgment.
- Native or C2-level English communication skills.
- Valid U.S. visa.
- Availability to travel to Texas 1-2 times per year.
- Experience editing or producing content for television, streaming platforms, or major digital media brands.
