Key Qualifications & Responsibilities

  • 15+ years of progressive experience within the insurance, risk management, brokerage, or financial services industry, including senior leadership responsibilities.
  • Lead the development and execution of the U.S. market growth strategy, aligning business objectives with overall organizational goals.
  • Drive revenue growth through new business development, client retention, strategic partnerships, and market expansion initiatives.
  • Build, mentor, and lead high-performing teams, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and excellence.
  • Develop and maintain executive-level relationships with key clients, carriers, and industry partners.
  • Partner with regional and business leaders to identify market opportunities, emerging trends, and competitive advantages.
  • Oversee financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, profitability, and operational efficiency.
  • Represent the organization at industry events, client meetings, and leadership forums to enhance brand presence and market influence.
  • Utilize market intelligence and data analytics to inform strategic decision-making and drive business results.
  • Champion organizational change initiatives and support continued growth, innovation, and operational excellence.

Compensation

The expected base salary range for this role is $350,000- 435,000; actual pay rate will be determined based on factors including candidate experience and work location. This role is classified as exempt under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA).
