Supports the development of procedures and processes for the Reconciliation function within the business unit. Provides feedback in the most critical of times. Manages one or more teams of Reconciliation staff, may manage through subordinate managers. Contributes to the achievement of team(s) objectives.Bachelors degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience in business management or related field is required.7-10 years of total work experience with at least 1-3 years in management preferred. Experience in brokerage/banking operations/ reconciliation processes preferred.
