The Role
The Senior Vice President of Strategic Partnerships (SVP-Strategic Partnerships) is a key executive leadership role responsible for developing and managing strategic relationships with key technology partners to drive business growth and innovation. This position involves collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to identify and leverage opportunities that align with Nordic's strategic goals and enhance its technological capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
The Senior Vice President of Strategic Partnerships will have the following key responsibilities which include, but are not limited to:

Identify, evaluate, and establish strategic partnerships with leading technology companies, startups, and other relevant organizations.

Develop a comprehensive partnership strategy that aligns with Nordic's overall business objectives and technology roadmap.

Negotiate partnership agreements and contracts, ensuring favorable terms and conditions for Nordic.

Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key partners to ensure ongoing collaboration and mutual benefit.

Act as the primary point of contact for strategic partners, addressing any issues or concerns promptly and effectively.

Foster a culture of collaboration and innovation with partners to drive joint initiatives and projects.

Work closely with internal teams, including service design, sales, and marketing, to integrate partner technologies and solutions into Nordic's offerings.

Coordinate cross-functional efforts to ensure seamless execution of partnership initiatives and projects.

Monitor and evaluate the performance of partnerships, making adjustments as needed to achieve desired outcomes.

Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscape to identify potential partnership opportunities.

Conduct market research and analysis to assess the viability and potential impact of new partnerships.

Provide insights and recommendations to the executive team based on market intelligence and partnership performance.
Skills and Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.

10+ years of experience in strategic partnerships, business development, or related roles within the technology sector.

Proven track record of successfully developing and managing high-impact technology partnerships.

Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Deep understanding of technology trends, market dynamics, and competitive landscape.

Demonstrated ability to think strategically and drive innovative solutions.
