Role Overview

The SVP of Product Implementation is a strategic and execution-focused leader responsible for ensuring the successful delivery, adoption, and value realization of all product implementations across clients. This individual owns the end-to-end implementation lifecycle — from solution design and deployment to measurable business outcomes and economic value creation.

As the single point of accountability for implementation excellence, this leader will orchestrate cross-functional alignment among Product Management, Engineering, Product Operations, Sales, and Customer Success — ensuring that each product is deployed efficiently, delivers its intended business impact, and positions clients for long-term success within our ecosystem.

Core ResponsibilitiesImplementation Strategy & Leadership

Define and execute the overall implementation strategy and operating model to ensure timely, predictable, and value-focused product deployments.

Establish clear methodologies, standards, and governance frameworks across all implementation functions.

Lead and mentor three key organizations:

Product SME Organization – providing deep product expertise and solution design leadership.

Business Value Organization – accountable for Economic Value Add (EVA), client value capture, and user adoption.

Functional Implementation Organization – responsible for configuration, delivery, and enablement.

Serve as the executive owner for implementation success, accountable for delivery timelines, client satisfaction, and value realization.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

Act as the primary liaison between Product Implementation and adjacent functions: Product Management, Engineering, Product Operations, Sales, and Customer Success.

Partner with Product Management & Engineering to translate field feedback into product enhancements, scalability improvements, and release readiness.

Collaborate with Sales and Pre-Sales to ensure feasibility and scope alignment during deal cycles.

Work with Operations and Customer Success to ensure smooth post-go-live transitions and continuous improvement.

Execution Excellence & Delivery Management

Oversee portfolio management of all active implementations, ensuring milestone achievement and proactive risk management.

Drive standardization and repeatability across implementations while enabling flexibility for client-specific needs.

Establish and monitor KPIs related to implementation cycle time, cost, client satisfaction, and value realization.

Ensure all implementations adhere to compliance, data security, and quality standards.

Value Realization & Client Success

Partner with the Business Value Organization to quantify and track Economic Value Add (EVA), adoption metrics, and business outcomes post-implementation.

Ensure that every product deployment demonstrates measurable operational and financial improvement for clients.

Champion a culture of “value-first delivery”, ensuring every implementation drives meaningful, quantifiable impact.

Organizational Development & Leadership

Build and scale a high-performing, cross-functional implementation organization combining product expertise, business advisory, and delivery excellence.

Foster collaboration, accountability, and continuous learning across teams.

Develop and mentor future implementation and delivery leaders.

Represent the implementation function in executive forums, board updates, and strategic planning sessions.

Comfortable leading in ambiguity and driving clarity across diverse stakeholder groups.

Qualifications

Experience: 15+ years of progressive leadership in product implementation, professional services, or enterprise delivery — ideally in healthcare or complex SaaS environments.

Demonstrated success in building and scaling multi-disciplinary teams (technical, functional, and avisory).Strong track record of delivering enterprise-scale implementations with measurable client and financial outcomes.

Familiarity with healthcare payer, provider, or revenue cycle processes is strongly preferred.

On-time, on-budget implementation delivery across all product lines

High client satisfaction and adoption scores

Achievement of targeted EVA and measurable operational improvement per implementation

Cross-functional alignment and collaboration effectiveness

Scalable, standardized implementation framework adopted enterprise-wide

Education:

 Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Engineering, or related field; advanced degree (MBA, MHA, or equivalent) preferred.


Compensation and Benefits: The base salary range for this position is  $250,000-$295,000.  Pay is based on several factors, including but not limited to current market conditions, location, education, work experience, certifications, etc. IKS Health offers a competitive benefits package, including healthcare, 401k, and paid time off (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements for full-time employees).
