The SVP of Operations will lead the strategy and execution of day-to-day operations across our Grow and Processing facilities. In this role you will drive operational efficiency, maintain regulatory compliance, and support the company’s long-term growth.
Your Impact:
- Lead all operational aspects of cultivation and processing facilities, ensuring efficiency, consistency, and compliance with cannabis regulations
- Build, lead, and develop high-performing teams while fostering a culture of accountability and collaboration
- Develop and implement operational strategies that align with company goals and drive business performance
- Manage budgets and resource allocation across facilities to maximize output and profitability
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance productivity, quality, and safety
- Track KPIs and operational performance, using data to drive decision-making and continuous improvement
- Serve as a key liaison to executive leadership and board members, providing regular updates on operational performance
