We are seeking a strategic and collaborative leader to serve as Senior Vice President, Managed Services. This role provides direction and oversight across key areas of the Managed Services division, including client relationship management, operational performance, team leadership, and strategic growth initiatives.

The successful candidate will guide day-to-day operations in alignment with regulatory requirements and company policies, while fostering cross-functional collaboration to influence strategic decisions and drive innovation.

Key Responsibilities

Executive Leadership

  • Communicate and collaborate effectively with senior and executive stakeholders.

  • Contribute to the development and execution of the strategic vision for Managed Services.

  • Partner with internal teams to challenge norms and identify opportunities for growth and improvement.

  • Ensure operational compliance with legal, regulatory, and company standards.

  • Represent the organization as a subject matter expert in external engagements (e.g., webinars, conferences, podcasts).

Go-to-Market Strategy

  • Support the development and execution of go-to-market (GTM) strategies aligned with company growth objectives.

  • Collaborate with Sales, Solutions, Marketing, and Account teams to deliver compelling messaging, positioning, and sales enablement.

Financial Performance

  • Optimize workforce utilization through effective leverage models in partnership with Finance and other stakeholders.

  • Monitor and manage billable/non-billable hours and cost expenditures.

  • Continuously assess customer profitability and adjust service models to improve financial outcomes.

Client Engagements

  • Ensure client deliverables meet contractual service level expectations and operational standards.

  • Provide guidance to engagement leaders through regular performance reviews and KPI tracking.

  • Collaborate with data and quality teams to enhance reporting and process optimization.

  • Identify and resolve risks, escalating as needed to maintain transparency and accountability.

  • Strengthen client relationships through regular communication and identification of value-added opportunities.

People Management

  • Maintain open, transparent communication across teams, ensuring clarity around roles and expectations.

  • Foster an inclusive and engaging work culture that promotes motivation and collaboration.

  • Set clear performance objectives and provide ongoing feedback and coaching.

  • Support formal performance review processes and continuous improvement initiatives.

  • Implement strategies to attract, retain, and develop top talent.

  • Identify future leaders and provide growth opportunities through succession planning.

  • Promote a collaborative team environment that values diverse perspectives and contributions.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, business, or a related field.

  • 12+ years of professional experience in consulting, operations management, or banking within complex organizations.

  • Deep subject matter expertise in Bank Secrecy Act (BSA) and/or Anti-Money Laundering (AML).

  • Proven leadership and people management experience.

  • Strong entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to influence, adapt to change, and drive strategic initiatives.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills.

  • Strong organizational and prioritization skills in a fast-paced environment.

  • Ability to make independent decisions and communicate them effectively across diverse audiences.

Preferred Qualifications

  • 15–17 years of experience in AML/financial crime and 12–15 years in leadership roles.

  • Master’s degree in business administration or related field.

  • Professional certifications (e.g., CAMS, CKYCA).

  • Demonstrated success in client relationship management and business development.

  • In-depth knowledge of financial crime and compliance risk management.

  • Experience leading and scaling global teams.

  • Multilingual fluency.

  • Experience across multiple industries (e.g., banking, fintech, broker-dealer, insurance).

Additional Considerations

  • Willingness to travel up to 50%.

  • Multilingual capabilities are a plus.

  • Cross-industry consulting experience is highly valued.
