Market Intelligence & Relationships

  • Serve as an expert on the economic drivers, market trends, and competitive landscape in assigned investment markets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with brokers, developers, lenders, and other real estate professionals to enhance sourcing channels.
  • Outward facing individual who establishes trusted, ongoing relationships with Cabot business partners and investors.

Transaction Management

  • 7+ years of relevant real estate investment experience with demonstrated transaction success, preferably within industrial or logistics assets.
  • Strong analytical skills, with proficiency in Argus Enterprise and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).
  • Experience with private equity funds and institutional investors preferred.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Highly motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proven ability to exercise discretion and maintain confidentiality at all times.
