The Role
Nativo is searching for its next Senior Vice President, Head of Finance , a hands-on, 'roll up your sleeves' executive leader who will be the backbone of driving the company's next phase of growth. As the financial architect of our journey, you won't just balance the books-you'll shape strategy, guiding the business in maximizing its core strengths while capturing high-growth opportunities. This role is built for someone who lives in the details but sees the big picture and is excited to unlock our full potential.
The Senior Vice President, Head of Finance will be a trusted business partner and the go-to resource for strategic financial insights, financial planning, and collaborative problem-solving in revenue generation. Working closely with the CEO and executive team, you'll take the lead in managing financing, banking, and investor relationships. This high-impact role oversees finance and accounting, ensuring our systems, controls, and policies are built to maintain the financial health of the business while steering us toward our ambitious goals.
What You'll Do
Financial Strategy & Growth:
- Lead the budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling processes, providing actionable insights.
- Evaluate unique growth opportunities, cost efficiencies, margin, and pricing strategies.
- Negotiate major vendor and strategic partnership contracts to optimize financial outcomes.
Data & Financial Analysis:
- Leverage data visualization and reporting to empower smart, data-driven decisions in the business.
- Collaborate with RevOps to track KPIs, keeping transparency and accountability front and center.
- Collaborate with leadership to set revenue targets, aligning financial metrics with strategic objectives.
Financial Operations & Compliance:
- Oversee all financial operations-accounting, tax, compliance-focusing on efficiency and accuracy.
- Maintain financial controls, policies, and procedures to safeguard company assets and compliance.
Treasury & Risk Management:
- Optimize cash flow and investment strategies to maximize returns and minimize financial risks.
- Cultivate and manage relationships with banks, credit card partners, and insurance brokers.
Fundraising & Investor Relations:
- Collaborate with the CEO to drive fundraising efforts, including debt financing, to support growth.
- Nurture new and existing relationships with investors, lenders, and financial institutions.
- Prepare quarterly financial analysis, forecasts, and strategic recommendations for BOD meetings.
- Craft compelling corporate development decks that tell the company's financial story effectively.
Leadership & Team Management:
- Displays a "we" first mindset, looking for ways to support the commercial and management teams.
- Fosters an inclusive environment, welcoming feedback and being open to different perspectives.
- They pick their battles, knowing when to lean in and when to pull back with leadership teams.
What You'll Bring
Leadership with Impact:
10+ years of experience in finance leadership roles, preferably as a Head of Finance or VP, where you didn't just manage numbers-you shaped strategy and key business decisions to scale growth.
Adtech Insider:
A deep understanding of the Adtech landscape, including DSP, SSP, and exchange mechanics. You know the players-agencies and publishers-inside out, across managed and programmatic deals.
Corporate Development:
You've led M&A deals from start to finish, from crafting a killer deal thesis to coordinating due diligence and overseeing seamless post-merger integration.
Capital Markets Strategist:
You bring a robust network of relationships and expertise in debt financing and capital structure optimization, always focused on achieving meaningful financial outcomes.
Data Guru:
A sharp, data-driven decision-maker with top-notch quantitative and analytical skills. You're a maestro with visualization tools like Domo, consistently turning insight into actionable strategies.
Master Communicator:
You distill complex financial concepts into crystal-clear narratives, making them easy to understand for everyone-from the boardroom to the sales team.
Team Architect:

Nativo is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices.
The starting pay range for this role is $220,000 - $300,000. Actual compensation packages are based on a wide array of factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, years of experience, certifications, and specific location. The starting pay range may differ by location.
