We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Senior Vice President to join our financial Planning & Analysis team. This role is located in Pittsburgh.
In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:
The Business Finance Senior Vice President leads complex financial analysis and reporting across multiple businesses, legal entities, functions, or regions. This role partners with business and finance leaders to identify strategic needs, deliver insights, and support decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead the delivery of complex financial analytics, reporting, and forecasting.
• Support core Finance processes, including period close, performance analysis, and management reporting.
• Analyze revenue, expenses, forecasts, and actual results to identify trends and key business drivers.
• Develop short- and long-term forecasts, including methodologies and assumptions aligned to business strategy and market conditions.
• Provide clear, actionable insights and present findings to senior finance and business leadership.
• Support the development of annual operating, capital, and strategic plans.
• Drive process improvements to enhance efficiency, effectiveness, and service quality.
• Lead projects and provide guidance to less experienced team members as needed.

To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or equivalent experience.
• MBA or CFA preferred.
• 10–12 years of relevant experience preferred.
• Strong background in financial planning and analysis preferred.

Base salary offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
