Research shows that while men apply to jobs when they meet an average of 60% of the criteria, women and other marginalized folks tend to only apply when they check every box. So if you think you qualify, but don't necessarily meet every single point on the job description, please still get in touch.

As Senior Vice President, Client Partner, you are an executive leader responsible for the health, growth, profitability, and long-term success of a portfolio of Tinuiti's most strategic client relationships.

You serve as both a trusted business advisor to executive client stakeholders and a business owner within Tinuiti, accountable for delivering exceptional client outcomes while growing and strengthening the agency's business. You bring executive leadership to the moments that matter most—guiding transformational strategies, leading executive conversations, navigating complex business challenges, supporting high-profile pitches, and stepping into critical client situations when additional leadership is required.

You balance strategic portfolio leadership with the ability to flex into client engagements, providing executive guidance, resolving complex challenges, and creating alignment across clients and internal teams. Whether leading an enterprise transformation, coaching a team before a board presentation, supporting a client in crisis, or helping win a new strategic partnership, you bring confidence, commercial acumen, and decisive leadership.

Internally, you develop exceptional leaders, foster a culture of ownership and accountability, champion innovation, and partner across Product, Strategy, Analytics, Operations, Finance, People, and Business Development to deliver integrated solutions that drive measurable client and agency growth.

This role requires executive presence, strong commercial judgment, a passion for developing leaders, and a willingness to travel to clients and industry events as business needs require.

You partner closely with Business Operations, Finance, Product, Innovation & Growth, Business Development, Analytics, People, Shared Services, and Executive Leadership to influence strategy, improve operational excellence, and accelerate client outcomes.
