Senior Vice President, Global Operations Strategic Execution & Business Management
We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Senior Vice President, to join our Business Management. This role is located in Pune.
In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:
- Execute Workforce Strategy: Translate strategy into actionable plans and deliver initiatives across spans & layers, workforce mix, and vendor rationalization
- Drive Transformation Programs: Lead execution of key initiatives such as night shift remediation and manager co-location with clear milestones and outcomes
- Run Governance & Delivery Cadence: Operate structured reviews, track actions, manage risks/dependencies, and ensure closure
- Implement AI & Automation: Deploy use cases to reduce manual effort, improve TAT, and drive productivity gains
- Own Metrics & Reporting: Build and manage dashboards, track KPIs, analyze gaps, and drive corrective actions
- Enable Cross-functional Execution: Coordinate across Ops, HR, Finance, and Tech to align priorities and unblock delivery
- Improve Operational Efficiency: Identify inefficiencies, standardize processes, and drive continuous improvement
