The Senior Verification Engineer tests system level requirements including interoperability, security, and verification of deployment and installation.
Responsibilities -

As part of the Verification Team, the Lead Verification Engineer owns the System Verification Plan
-
Co-owns the integration plan with PMO, LSS OIS Engineering Management, and OIS Architecture
-
Collaborates with OIS Architecture & V&V stakeholders to produce Impact Analysis report to inform V&V regression scope, covering the system, and End to End workflows
-
Verifies key system requirements (includes but not limited to, compliance verification, interface testing, and any other functional requirements).

Interoperability verified to defined interfaces and/or the nearest neighbors to verify the core requirements of the system.

Maintain a current, working knowledge of technical and quality requirements.

Comply with Quality Management System requirements in a regulated environment.

Participate in activities for improving engineering practices, tools, infrastructure and other quality system processes and deliverables.

Guide teams and develop strategies for testing, test documentation; guide and mentor test and quality engineers.

Develop and use automated test tools and practices; partner with development engineers to produce design-for-test software.

Participate in design discussions and code reviews.
Qualifica
-
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, or related field of study.
-
Ability to lead testing activities and engagement with cross-functional team members to shape the technical direction of projects

Solid understanding of Agile and scaled Agile
-
Understand the V-Model development process
-
Understanding of disciplined methods in the design, development and debugging and test of software programs.
-
Understanding of quality system requirements and compliance.
-
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
-
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
-
Listening skills to support teams in problem identification and decision making
-
Employees must be able to read, speak, write and comprehend the English language.
DESIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
-
Experience building test automation solutions and improving testing effectiveness.

Experience with web, mobile, and desktop application test automation frameworks.
-
Knowledge of medical software systems including electronic health records, radiotherapy planning, treatment, or medical imaging.

Knowledge of testing software in a regulated environment.

The US base salary range for this position is $140,000- 180,000.
