Job Description Summary

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Senior Valuer to join our Valuation & Advisory team in Malmö, Sweden. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality valuation services, driving grow of the regional business, and leading strategic advisory projects.

Key Responsibilities:

In addition to the responsibilities below, key responsibilities for a more senior profile at Partner level will also include a broader responsibility for the Malmö office as well as formulate and drive business development strategies in the relevant market.

• Conduct comprehensive property valuations, including complex and sensitive assignments.

• Provide strategic advice in connection with instructions involving acquisitions, development schemes, go to market analysis and much more

• Manage and coordinate valuation projects, including the supervision of junior valuers and external consultants.

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and industry professionals.

• Contribute to the development of internal tools, policies and procedures related to the valuation process.

• Participate in industry forums, conferences, and training sessions to enhance professional knowledge and network.

Qualifications:

In addition to the qualifications below, key qualifications for a more senior profile at Partner level include extensive and proven leadership and business development skills.

• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Finance, Economics, or a related field. A master's degree is preferred.

• Professional certification as a valuer (e.g., MRICS, Samhällsbyggarna) is required.

• Extensive experience in property valuation, with a focus on commercial real estate.

• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely in Swedish and English.
