We’re looking for a Senior Product Designer to lead our Talent products at ZoomInfo, with a focus on delivering an outstanding product experience informed by user interviews, data, and deep domain expertise in talent & recruiting. In this role, you will shape the entire user journey—establishing a product vision rooted in customer understanding, leveraging cutting-edge technologies, and crafting cohesive design frameworks.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead end-to-end design process from research to implementation. Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that drive productivity and delight
- Collaborate with Design Systems and Research teams to identify experience gaps, combined with data to guide iterative improvements with a clear business impact
- Integrate data-driven insights and AI tools into design, enabling rapid iteration, targeted improvements, and more meaningful user interactions
- Collaborate closely with Product Management, Engineering, Marketing, and Go-to-Market teams to ensure design strategies align with business goals
What You Bring:
- 5+ years of product design experience, with a focus on B2B / Enterprise SaaS. Experience working on HR Tech or Recruiting a plus
- Demonstrated experience with user interviews, research, and usability testing
- Strong portfolio demonstrating proficiency in simplifying complex B2B UIs and processes, attention to detail, and user delight
- Expertise in design tools, including experience with AI prototyping
- Experience with design systems and component libraries
- A track record of mentoring designers and building a culture that values domain expertise, evidence-based decision-making, and continuous skill development
- Exceptional communication, organizational, and strategic thinking skills
