Job Description
- Design and implement modern, intuitive, and responsive user interfaces.
- Manage and maintain a component library and design system in Figma.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate technical requirements into effective designs.
- Ensure consistency and usability across all projects while adhering to existing guidelines.
- Analyze user feedback to continuously iterate and improve designs.
- Contribute to defining design strategies and processes for future projects.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a UX/UI Designer, with a strong emphasis on UI design.
- Advanced proficiency in Figma, including managing design systems and component libraries.
- Strong self-management and autonomy in executing projects.
- Ability to handle technically challenging projects while maintaining design simplicity.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with both technical and non-technical teams.
- Basic understanding of UX principles, with a desire to develop skills in this area.
- High attention to detail and a passion for creating memorable user experiences.
- Fluency in English (mandatory).
