What you’ll do
We are seeking a Senior UX Writer to work on a global product as part of the Content Strategy team. In this role, you will collaborate with product designers and product managers to craft in-product microcopy, establish content guidelines, and shape UX flows that enhance usability and consistency.
Content Strategy & UX Writing

• Develop and execute content strategies aligned with product goals, user needs, and brand voice
• Write in-product content, including microcopy for UI elements (buttons, tooltips, onboarding flows, error messages, empty states)
• Ensure consistent tone and language across all products, maintaining alignment with the design system

• Shape UX flows from a content-first perspective, ensuring content enhances usability and navigation
• Define guidelines for content usage within the design system and provide clear documentation for designers and developers
• Collaborate with UX and product teams to integrate content seamlessly into product design.

• Work closely with product designers, product managers, and developers to ensure content supports and enhances user interactions
• Act as a content advocate, aligning content strategy with product design and user research insights
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders, clearly explaining content decisions and rationale.

• Maintain and manage content within Contentful, ensuring content structure and best practices are followed
• Work with Pendo to improve external-facing content and leverage analytics for content optimization

• Fluent English writing, grammar, and communication skills (C1/C2 level or equivalent)
• Familiarity with product design processes and terminology to effectively collaborate with designers
• Experience in writing for digital products, with a strong portfolio showcasing UX writing and content strategy
• Proven experience in executing content strategies that align with business goals, user needs, and design systems
• Experience creating and maintaining content guidelines, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints while adhering to accessibility and inclusivity standards
• Strong collaboration skills, with the ability to work closely with UX, research, and product teams
• Advanced experience with CMS platforms (e.g., Contentful) is a plus
• Familiarity with product experience and analytics tools (e.g., Pendo) to measure and optimize content performance is a plus
• Hands-on experience with wireframing and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma) to structure and test content strategies is a plus
