Position Summary

We’re looking for a Senior UX/UI Designer to play a key role in shaping complex, data‑driven digital products used by enterprise customers. This is an individual contributor role with high ownership, operating at the intersection of user needs, product strategy, and detailed UI execution to join a growing UX team.

You’ll work on B2B platforms and dashboards that support sophisticated user workflows, large data sets, and high‑impact decision‑making. While the focus is B2B, experience designing for B2C products is beneficial and valued, particularly where it informs clarity, usability, and polish.

This role is ideal for a designer with deep UX foundations, strong design system thinking, and a sharp eye for UI detail, who is comfortable working in an enterprise environment with multiple stakeholders, constraints, and dependencies.

What you’ll be doing

Product & UX ownership

• Owning end‑to‑end design for complex B2B features and workflows, from discovery through delivery and iteration

• Framing ambiguous problems and translating business and user needs into clear, usable solutions

• Designing intuitive, scalable user experiences for dashboard‑based and data‑rich interfaces

• Applying strong information architecture, interaction design, and usability principles to complex domains

UI craft & execution

• Producing high‑quality UI designs with a strong focus on clarity, hierarchy, consistency, and detail

• Designing for dense data visualisation, tables, filters, states, and edge cases

• Creating high‑fidelity prototypes to validate interactions and support engineering handover

• Ensuring visual design supports usability, accessibility, and enterprise‑grade polish

Systems & consistency

• Contributing to and evolving the design system, including components, patterns, and standards

• Applying and advocating for accessibility and inclusive design best practices (WCAG)

• Balancing consistency with flexibility to meet complex product needs

Collaboration & influence

• Working closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and Researchers to shape solutions early

• Communicating design rationale clearly and confidently to senior stakeholders

• Partnering with engineering to ensure high‑quality implementation

• Providing constructive feedback and informal mentorship to other designers

Qualifications

Essential experience

• 5–7+ years of experience in UX/UI or Product Design roles

• Proven experience designing B2B products, ideally including complex dashboards or platforms

• Strong portfolio demonstratin:

  • End‑to‑end UX thinking

  • Complex problem solving

  • High‑quality UI execution

• Deep understanding of user‑centred design principles, usability, and interaction design

• Advanced proficiency with Figma (components, variants, auto‑layout, variables)

• Experience working in agile, cross‑functional product teams

Design mindset & behaviours

• Strong UX foundations with the ability to simplify complexity

• High attention to detail and pride in UI craft is essential

• Systems thinker who considers scale, edge cases, and long‑term impact

• Comfortable operating as a senior individual contributor with autonomy

• Confident communicator who can influence without authority

Nice to have

• Experience designing iGaming products or consumer‑grade experiences

• Experience working on analytics, reporting, or data‑visualisation‑heavy products

• Hands‑on involvement in building or maintaining design systems

• Experience working in large or enterprise organisations

• Familiarity with data‑informed design or experimentation
