Skills and Expertise

To set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field.

• 5 years of professional experience in UX/UI design, preferably in healthcare or regulated industries.

• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping platforms.

• Strong understanding of design systems, accessibility standards, and responsive design principles.

Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence and align diverse stakeholders.

• Demonstrated ability to work independently under minimal supervision and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Travel: 10%

Location: US Remote

Applies to new hires with a start date of October 1st 2025 or later.Applicable to US Applicants Only:The expected compensation range for this position is $96,000 - $132,000, which includes base pay plus variable incentive pay, if eligible. This range represents a good faith estimate for this position. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, the candidate’s relevant knowledge, training, skills, work location, and/or experience. In addition, this position may be eligible for a range of benefits (e.g., Medical, Dental & Vision, Health Savings Accounts, Health Care & Dependent Care Flexible Spending Accounts, Disability Benefits, Life Insurance, Voluntary Benefits, Paid Absences and Retirement Benefits, etc.).
