We are looking for a Senior Product Designer who thrives on adaptability and creativity, is passionate about design, and excels at transitioning seamlessly between research, strategy, and design. This is an opportunity to leave your mark on global infrastructure management while driving innovation and elevating user experiences.

How You Will Contribute:

  • Lead and execute complex design initiatives that span multiple product areas.
  • Conduct in-depth analysis of user needs and business requirements to understand context, pain points, and workflows.
  • Perform audits of existing products, identifying areas for improvement and driving iterative updates.
  • Maintain and evolve cross-portfolio UX guidelines to ensure a unified and scalable user experience across all products.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align designs with business goals, technical feasibility, and user expectations.
  • Act as a thought leader in product design, mentoring other designers and contributing to a culture of innovation.

The Must Haves:

  • 5+ years of experience in Product or User Experience Design with a strong portfolio showcasing design process.
  • Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, usability best practices, and accessibility standards.
  • Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar.
  • Ability to conduct user research, usability testing, and heuristic evaluations.
  • Experience working in cross-functional teams, collaborating with developers, product managers, and stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, balancing user needs, technical constraints, and business goals.
  • Excellent collaboration skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions clearly and persuasively.

Nice to Haves:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Strong visual design skills, with a background in iconography, typography, and motion design.
  • Experience building design systems and maintaining a design language across multiple products.
