We are looking for a Senior Product Designer who thrives on adaptability and creativity, is passionate about design, and excels at transitioning seamlessly between research, strategy, and design. How You Will Contribute:
- Lead and execute complex design initiatives that span multiple product areas.
- Conduct in-depth analysis of user needs and business requirements to understand context, pain points, and workflows.
- Perform audits of existing products, identifying areas for improvement and driving iterative updates.
- Maintain and evolve cross-portfolio UX guidelines to ensure a unified and scalable user experience across all products.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align designs with business goals, technical feasibility, and user expectations.
- Act as a thought leader in product design, mentoring other designers and contributing to a culture of innovation.
The Must Haves:
- 5+ years of experience in Product or User Experience Design with a strong portfolio showcasing design process.
- Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, usability best practices, and accessibility standards.
- Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar.
- Ability to conduct user research, usability testing, and heuristic evaluations.
- Experience working in cross-functional teams, collaborating with developers, product managers, and stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving skills, balancing user needs, technical constraints, and business goals.
- Excellent collaboration skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions clearly and persuasively.
Nice to Haves:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Computer Science, or a related field.
- Strong visual design skills, with a background in iconography, typography, and motion design.
- Experience building design systems and maintaining a design language across multiple products.
