You will be working across B2C (app and web) and B2B/partner-facing experiences and own end‑to‑end product design from discovery to delivery, shaping outcomes for millions of customers and our brand partners.
Responsibilities:
- Lead design for one or more product areas; drive work from problem framing through to shipped outcomes.
- Collaborate with design team and product managers to create user-friendly interfaces.
- Participate in design critiques and feedback sessions to refine concepts.
- Translate insights into flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs;
- Conduct user research and testing to gather insights and validate design decisions.
- Present work clearly and drive alignment.
- A degree in Design, Interaction Design, HCI, or any related field.
- 5+ years’ experience in UX/Product Design (UX/UI) .
- Strong portfolio demonstrating UX/UI design process and outcomes.
- Proficiency in Figma.
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- A passion for design, data and eagerness to learn and grow within the field.
