What You'll Do
We’re seeking a Sr. UX Designer to help us build high-quality mobile and social products for Epic players and creators. You’ll join a design team responsible for the user experience for a wide range of products and services at Epic, where designers are embedded with our product and engineering teams while being critically mindful of the holistic journeys we create for users.
In this role, you will
- Actively collaborate with the product team's leadership to shape and define our mobile vision and strategy with your distinct point of view
- Be responsible for delivering screens, specifications, and prototypes to communicate design solutions
- Contribute to the facilitation and production of design concepts, effectively expressing new ideas that align with and contribute to your product
- Collaborate with cross-discipline peers to ensure alignment across product, production, and engineering teams
- Collaborate with other design leaders to build a shared process, design system, and cross-product pattern libraries
What we're looking for
- 5+ years experience designing and shipping mobile applications
- You possess a comprehensive understanding of building best-in-class end-to-end product experiences
- You know how to identify the most appropriate tool for a given task. You know when a deck, prototype, or design specification is most appropriate and you leverage each to communicate ideas and solutions effectively
- You are a skilled storyteller and presenter. You clearly articulate the 'why' and 'what' behind ideas, fostering team motivation and understanding
- You provide clear and effective feedback to other designers and can respectfully navigate difficult conversations
- You are responsible for the craft and quality of your products. Proactively collaborating with the team, you identify and pursue opportunities for improvement when necessary
- You have a track record of proactively building and maintaining relationships with cross-discipline teams, design peers, and upper management
- You consistently demonstrate a high level of self-motivation and a genuine commitment to personal growth and development
This role is open to multiple locations across the US (including CA, NYC, & WA).

The expected annual base pay range(s) for this position are detailed below. Each base pay range is relevant only for individuals who are residents of or will be expected to work within the specified locale. Compensation varies based on a variety of factors, which include (but aren’t limited to) things such as skills and competencies, qualifications, knowledge, and experience. In addition to base pay, most employees are eligible to participate in Epic’s generous benefit plans and discretionary incentive programs (subject to the terms of those plans or programs).
New York City Base Pay Range
$148,060—$217,154 USD
California Base Pay Range
$162,886—$238,869 USD
Washington Base Pay Range
$148,060—$217,154 USD
