YOU WILL VIBE WITH US
For a very ambitious agile-at-scale program, which will have a strong impact on the whole Edenred Group and its more than 40 Business Units, we are looking for a Senior UX Designer for one of our Tribes.
You will integrate one of our Product Tribe of the Edenred+ factory, a Spotify-like product organization gathering 200 experts, from designers to product & tech, driven by the common ambition to create the future of the Edenred group for its Employee Benefits offers.
Your main challenges will be:

Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, UX Researchers, Designers, and Product Marketing

Contribute to shaping initiatives
-
Lead discovery and user testing with Product Owners, supported by the UX Researcher team

Develop effective design strategies and facilitate co-creation and co-design workshops
-
Formalize design solutions (diagrams, macro-flows, wireframes)
-
Present, justify, and advocate for design proposals to peers, team members, and other stakeholders

Work collaboratively with the Designer responsible for mockups

Contribute to the continuous improvements of the Design System

Provide mentorship to Designers on UX design principles and practices

Actively participate as a key member of our Design community
