Senior UX Designer, Cloud User Experience

We're seeking a passionate UX Designer to craft intuitive workflows and designs for our innovative cloud projects, empowering both consumers and enterprise clients across diverse fields like gaming, robotics, AI, and scientific research.

In this role, you'll work closely with designers and developers, solving complex challenges and defining user-centric solutions. You'll thrive in ambiguous environments, demonstrating your problem-solving skills to storyboard workflows, prototype innovative designs, and contribute to the evolution of collaborative software and AI.

What You'll be doing:

• Uncover detailed insights into user needs via contextual inquiries, surveys, and focus groups.

• Conceptualize, design, and prototype user-friendly tools for developers and creatives.

• Conduct usability studies to refine prototypes and development code.

• Collaborate with developers to ensure design integrity throughout implementation and engage directly with users through beta forums.

• Design detailed user flows, wireframes, and interactive prototypes.

• Translate user research into actionable design solutions.

• Partner with engineering and product teams to deliver outstanding user experiences.

• Maintain brand consistency and uphold high usability standards.

What we need to see:

• 5+ years of UX design experience (or equivalent area).

• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles.

• Ability to balance multiple projects with high attention to detail.

• Experience conducting usability tests and site visits.

• Proven ability to translate research findings into effective product designs.

• Demonstrates strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving abilities.

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI) , Computer Science, or related field.

• End-to-end design experience.

• Experience with design systems and Figma (or equivalent).

• Portfolio demonstrating successful workflow simplification

Ways to stand out from the crowd:

• Experience with agile development methodologies and game interaction design experience.

• Proficiency in prototyping, HTML, JavaScript, or CSS.

• Knowledge of Universal Scene Description (USD)

• Familiarity with JIRA.

• Experience with content creation tools and game engines (e.g., 3DS Max, Maya, UE, Unity).

The base salary range is 136,000 USD - 253,000 USD. Your base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions.
