The UX Designer in the Central Technologies team will lead the design of intuitive, scalable experiences across player-facing platforms and internal tools. This role focuses on optimizing account management, live operations, and content systems to ensure seamless interactions for both players and internal teams.

Collaborating closely with Product, Engineering, Data, and LiveOps, you’ll drive clarity, usability, and efficiency across complex ecosystems, while owning key product areas, shaping UX strategy, and driving a systems-thinking approach aligned with both user and business needs.

In this role you will:

  • Own and drive UX strategy across player platforms and internal tools (LiveOps, CMS, account experiences).
  • Lead the design of complex, business-critical workflows, driving efficient operations while ensuring seamless and scalable end-to-end user experiences.
  • Create scalable interaction models that balance internal efficiency with player clarity.
  • Own the UX direction from discovery through delivery, translating strategic goals into user-centered solutions through flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity prototypes.
  • Drive research, usability testing, and data insights to identify friction and drive improvements.
  • Partner with Product, Engineering, LiveOps and senior stakeholders to deliver consistent, high-quality experiences while contributing to design systems.

What we’re looking for:

  • 9+ years of experience in UX design.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating complex systems, internal tools, or platform UX.
  • Experience with live-operated products, SaaS tools, or game-adjacent platforms is a strong asset.
  • Proven ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders in a creative, autonomous, and adaptable way.
  • Reliable and adaptable, able to contribute quickly and effectively on projects with real constraints.
  • Strong proficiency in Figma; experience with Adobe tools is a plus.

Dans ce rôle tu devras:

  • Définir et mettre en œuvre la stratégie UX sur les plateformes joueurs et les outils internes (LiveOps, CMS, gestion des comptes);
  • Concevoir des parcours utilisateurs complexes et stratégiques, en garantissant efficacité opérationnelle, fluidité et scalabilité;
  • Développer des modèles d'interaction robustes alliant performance métier et simplicité d'utilisation;
  • Piloter les projets UX de bout en bout, de la phase de découverte à la livraison, en produisant flows, wireframes et prototypes haute fidélité;
  • Mener la recherche utilisateur, les tests d'utilisabilité et les données pour identifier les opportunités d'amélioration;
  • Collaborer avec les équipes Produit, Développement, LiveOps et les parties prenantes clés afin de garantir une expérience utilisateur cohérente et qualitative.

Ce que nous recherchons:

  • Plus de 9 ans d’expérience en design UX;
  • Portfolio solide démontrant des systèmes complexes, des outils internes ou des expériences UX de plateforme;
  • Une expérience avec des produits opérés en continu (live), des outils SaaS ou des plateformes liées au jeu est un atout majeur;
  • Capacité avérée à collaborer avec des parties prenantes variées, de manière créative, autonome et adaptable;
  • Personne fiable et flexible, capable de contribuer rapidement et efficacement sur des projets avec de réelles contraintes;
  • Excellente maîtrise de Figma ; une expérience avec les outils Adobe est un plus.
