Primary Responsibilities:
- UX and CX Design Execution
- andTranslate insights into user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity designs
- andDesign for complex, data-rich interfaces with a focus on clarity, usability, and efficiency
- andConsider both screen-level usability and end-to-end customer journey quality
- andBalance business, regulatory, and technical constraints with user needs
- User Research and Insight Generation
- andPlan and conduct end-to-end research including user interviews, contextual inquiry, workflow analysis, and feedback synthesis
- andIdentify unmet needs, user pain points, and opportunity areas across complex enterprise workflows
- andSynthesize findings into actionable insights, artifacts (personas, journey maps), and clear recommendations
- Validation and Usability Testing
- andDesign and facilitate usability testing, concept validation, and prototype evaluation
- andIncorporate qualitative and quantitative feedback to refine solutions and reduce delivery risk
- andEnsure designs are iterated and validated prior to development and release
- Cross-Functional Collaboration
- andPartner with product, engineering, and data science teams to align on user needs and experience priorities
- andServe as a bridge between research insights and product decisions
- andCommunicate design rationale and influence decisions through evidence-based storytelling
- andContribute to design system adoption and consistent experience patterns

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 6+ years of experience in UX Designer/Researcher, Human Factors, Product Designer or related field
- Demonstrated experience in enterprise or complex software environments
- Experience influencing product and design decisions through research insights
- Solid expertise in qualitative and quantitative research methods
- Familiarity with regulated domains (e.g., healthcare, finance, compliance-driven systems)
- Proven ability to independently plan, execute, and synthesize research
- Proven solid storytelling and communication skills across technical and non-technical audiences
Core Skills:
- Systems thinking and service design mindset
- Stakeholder influence and facilitation
- Data storytelling and visualization
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience researching AI-powered or data-intensive applications
- Experience supporting design systems with research-backed usability standards
- Experience working in Agile or PI planning environments
- Background in behavioral science, HCI, cognitive psychology, or related disciplines
- Familiarity with accessibility standards (WCAG) and inclusive research practices
AI-Enabled Research Capabilities:
- Prompting and AI-assisted synthesis (e.g., clustering insights, summarizing interviews)
- Using AI tools for rapid analysis of qualitative data sets
- Evaluating human-AI interaction patterns and feedback loops
