  • Deep expertise in user research, including planning, conducting, and synthesizing qualitative and quantitative studies. This role is best suited to researchers whose primary focus has been user research within digital product teams.

  • Experience applying a broad range of attitudinal, behavioural, qualitative, and quantitative research methods.

  • Strong synthesis skills, with the ability to connect insights across studies, projects, and multiple data sources to identify actionable opportunities.

  • Experience with lean experimentation, early-stage concept testing, discovery research, and facilitating strategic, discovery, and UX workshops.
