Job Summary
We are seeking a Senior UI/UX Designer to join our Digital Experience team. This role will lead the creation of intuitive, elegant, and scalable experiences across mobile, desktop, and emerging platforms. As a senior member of the team, you will shape design direction, mentor others, and help define our design standards and strategy within an AI-first product ecosystem. You will lead the design of end-to-end user experiences — from insight to execution. You’ll translate complex requirements into visually compelling and user-centered solutions while driving alignment across product, engineering, and business stakeholders. This position is ideal for a designer who combines strong craft with systems thinking and is ready to influence both product direction and design culture.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Lead the design of high-fidelity UI and UX for iOS, Android, and responsive web applications;
- Define and evolve design systems, ensuring scalability, consistency, and developer efficiency;
- Translate business goals and user insights into user journeys, wireframes, and interactive prototypes;
- Conduct or collaborate on UX research, usability testing, and heuristic evaluations to inform design decisions;
- Deliver interactive prototypes with motion and micro-interaction details that enhance usability and delight;
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product managers, engineers, and data teams to align user needs with technical feasibility and business priorities;
- Advocate for accessibility and inclusive design principles across all platforms;
- Provide mentorship and design feedback to mid-level and junior designers, elevating the overall team output;
- Contribute to AI-driven design initiatives, integrating intelligent, adaptive, and data-informed design patterns.
Essential Skills
- Experience in UI/UX design for mobile and responsive web platforms;
- Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end design thinking, from research to high-fidelity execution;
- Expertise in Figma, prototyping, and motion design tools (e.g., Principle, ProtoPie, After Effects);
- Experience working with or maintaining design systems and scalable component libraries;
- Proficiency in user research methods, information architecture, and interaction design;
- Deep understanding of accessibility standards and platform-specific design guidelines;
- Proven ability to lead complex design initiatives and influence cross-functional decisions.
