  • Design and facilitate workshops, synthesis sessions, and stakeholder discussions that transform research findings into aligned decisions, actionable roadmaps, and member-centered outcomes.

  • Champion the voice of the member by establishing research best practices, improving research operations, and fostering a customer-centered decision-making culture across WHOOP.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience in Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, Cognitive Science, Anthropology, Sociology, User Experience Research, or a related field.

  • 5+ years of experience conducting user research within product, healthcare, technology, or other customer-focused environments.

  • Expertise in both generative and evaluative research methods, with demonstrated ability to select and apply the appropriate methodology for a given problem space.

  • Demonstrated expertise facilitating workshops, synthesis sessions, and cross-functional decision-making processes that drive alignment and action from research findings.

  • Exceptional communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to tailor research insights to diverse audiences ranging from individual contributors to senior leaders.

  • Passion for health, human performance, behavior change, and WHOOP’s mission to unlock human performance and healthspan.

  • Strong commitment to embracing and leveraging AI tools in day-to-day tasks, ensuring AI-assisted work aligns with the same high-quality standards as personal contributions.
