Responsibilities:
- User Research and Insights: Conduct and analyze user research to inform design decisions, ensuring solutions meet user needs and drive engagement.
- Design Strategy and Execution: Develop and deliver user-centered designs, including wireframes, prototypes, and user flows, aligned with business objectives.
- Collaboration and Communication: Partner with cross-functional teams, including product managers and developers, to ensure design feasibility and alignment with project goals.
- Usability and Accessibility: Test and refine designs through usability testing and ensure compliance with accessibility standards for inclusive experiences.
- Mentorship and Leadership: Guide other designers, foster design best practices, and contribute to the growth and development of the UX team.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years experience as a user experience designer
- Experience synthesizing user feedback, and iterating on designs and prototypes until they are user-validated and engineering-ready
- Communication experience and experience working with product and technical teams to develop systems, solutions, and products
- Experience establishing work relationships across multi-disciplinary teams and multiple partners in different time zones(Nice to have)
- Prior experience working in a startup(Nice to have)
- Prior experience in designing for business workflow products(Nice to have)
- Extensive experience with Figma components and prototyping
- Bachelor of Computer Science or a related technical discipline, or equivalent experience.
