Join our UX team as a Senior UX / Product Designer and help shape the future of Kramp’s digital products.

You’ll take the lead on key experiences across our webshop, search engine, design system, e‑commerce app, data-heavy account portal, and several other digital touchpoints used by customers across Europe.

You’ll work in cross‑functional, agile product teams alongside UX researchers, data analysts, CX specialists, marketers, and experts from across the business — all focused on building intuitive, high‑quality experiences.

By joining the Kramp UX team, you’ll become part of a diverse and international group of six designers and researchers. We bring together different backgrounds, cultures, and perspectives — all united by the mission to build products with our users, for our users.

What is your role?

  • Work closely with product owners, researchers, analysts, developers, and copywriters to create new concepts and features that deliver real value.

  • Engage with users across Europe to understand their needs and how our digital products support them.

  • Use primary data to analyze product performance, customer behavior, and market trends to identify opportunities for enhancement.

  • Manage stakeholders and coordinate discovery workshops, strategy sessions, design critiques, and concept presentations throughout the process.

  • Design hands-on yourself while also mentoring other designers in the team.

Who are you?

  • A completed bachelor’s or master’s degree

  • 6+ years of experience in e‑commerce or digital‑focused companies within the field of UX / Product Design

  • At least 2 years of experience leading design projects or taking ownership of a design domain

  • Experience working in agile product teams, with a strong focus on customer value and measurable outcomes

  • Hands‑on knowledge of modern design tools and methods such as Figma, design systems, design sprints, design thinking, and other contemporary UX workflows

  • An iterative, growth‑oriented mindset with the ability to manage stakeholders and collaborate across teams

  • A strong portfolio demonstrating data‑informed decision‑making, UX thinking, and end‑to‑end product design

  • A sense of ownership, a strong design instinct, and a sharp eye for detail
