We are looking for a highly analytical and results-driven  Senior User Acquisition Manager to help scale our portfolio of mobile games across key channels. You will play a crucial role in running performance marketing campaigns, driving ROI, and collaborating cross-functionally with global teams across San Francisco, Bangalore, and Los Angeles. You will work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. This is an opportunity to lead key initiatives, influence creative and analytics strategy, and drive meaningful growth across mobile and (optionally) web platforms.

• Excellent Excel Skills and Tableau Skills; SQL is a plus.
• Deep understanding of the mobile app acquisition ecosystem including MMPs, DSPs, Ad Network, Facebook, Google, 3rd Party Business Intelligence Vendors.
• Demonstrate ability to optimize budget across games, media channels, geos, and platforms
• Ability to multi-task well under fast paced environment.
• Expert of UA discipline and has a pulse on the evolving UA landscape.
• Highly Accountable - Completes all execution properly while keeping stakeholders informed, and takes the initiative to go above and beyond to drive results across the organization.

• 5 years of experience in media buying / user acquisition / performance marketing.
• 2+ Years experience managing over $1M per month acquisition budget, experience with performance management and providing critical feedback.
• Experience with data-driven UA optimization and A/B tests across all UA dimensions, including App Store Optimization.
• Experience leading projects with Creative and Analytics teams.
• Prior consumer tech experience, preferably in gaming.
