Readdle is a pioneering force in the personal productivity space on Apple devices, having shaped the landscape since 2007. Our mission is to empower individuals and teams with innovative technology, enhancing their efficiency and creativity. We are dedicated to crafting exceptional mobile and desktop experiences for those who aspire to achieve more.

As we scale Documents to new platforms and channels, we're entering an exciting new stage of growth — one where paid acquisition becomes a core part of how we reach millions more users. We’re looking for a hands-on Senior User Acquisition Manager to lead our first paid campaigns on Meta, keep acquisition costs below the value we create, and lay the foundation for new channels as we grow.

What you'll do:

  • Build and own our paid user acquisition from the ground up, turning Meta into a reliable, profitable growth engine for Documents.
  • Set up, optimize, and scale our Meta Ads campaigns end-to-end, leveraging Advantage+ App Campaigns, App Event Optimization (AEO), and Value Optimization (VO).
  • Own the daily numbers behind the channel — CAC, CPA, CVR, and D7/D30/D90 ROAS cohorts — to keep our paid growth profitable and ready to scale.
  • Work closely with Creative Producers, Growth Marketing Managers, and Designers, feeding the creative pipeline with data-driven ideas and visual hypotheses.
  • Set up and maintain accurate tracking through the Meta Conversions API (CAPI), SKAdNetwork, and mobile measurement partners like AppsFlyer or Adjust so our data is always reliable.
  • Run regular market audits using ad libraries to spot emerging visual trends and monetization tactics in the B2C subscription space.

About you:

  • At least 4 years of experience in a User Acquisition Manager or similar role.
  • Extensive hands-on experience deploying, budget-managing, and scaling high-volatility mobile app or B2C subscription campaigns in Meta Ads Manager.
  • Solid experience with mobile tracking setup — MMP configuration (AppsFlyer/Adjust), SKAdNetwork, and the Meta Conversions API (CAPI).
  • Strong analytical skills: you can read daily performance cohorts against tight CPA/ROAS targets and keep acquisition costs below long-term user value.
  • A knack for turning campaign data into clear creative briefs, paired with the discipline to cut underperforming hooks quickly.
  • Experience running traffic into targeted onboarding flows, landing pages, and paywall experiments to improve conversion rates.

Nice to have:

  • Experience managing web acquisition funnels or web-to-app routing, used to quickly validate early product-positioning ideas.
  • A background in high-volume, long-tail awareness/install campaigns.
  • Familiarity with remote-config dashboards or web-based marketing engines to test dynamic pricing and paywalls without waiting on engineering.
  • Comfort with mobile ad-intelligence tools for monitoring competitor trends and monetization structures in the utility app space.

What you will get at Readdle:

  • Customer-centric culture. We put our users at the heart of everything we do. Every team member has the opportunity to engage directly with customers, gaining insights that shape meaningful, delightful experiences for millions worldwide.
  • Relentless growth. We’re committed to mastery in our craft. We take ownership of our work, decisions, and outcomes, and we see feedback as a catalyst for growth. Every challenge is an opportunity to learn, evolve, and raise the bar.
  • Exceptional people, exceptional team. Our greatest strength is our people. We care deeply about each other, work transparently, and celebrate collective success. Together, we build an environment where everyone can do their best work and grow beyond their potential.
  • Real impact. We design products that truly matter. Our focus is on delivering tangible value, simplifying complexity, pushing boundaries, and continuously improving how we build and deliver solutions to our users.
  • Culture of innovation. We embrace curiosity and creativity in everything we do. Fresh ideas are not just welcomed, they’re expected, celebrated, and turned into real innovations that shape the future of our products and company.
